Duane became a bail agent in 2001 and a fugitive recovery agent in 2005. He opened Mitchell Bail Bonds in 2010 after a 10 year career in private security, investigations and personal protection. Duane has earned a reputation for approaching the bail industry in a down to earth manner. Duane is a lifelong Michigan resident.

Melissa started in the bail industry in 1998 and has been a licensed bail agent and private investigator since 1999. She has also been a fugitive recovery agent since 2003.

Born and raised in the metro Detroit area, Don served in the US Army and Michigan National Guard in the Military Police Corp. Don retired in 2013 after 25 years with the Livonia Police Department and joined Mitchell Bail Bonds. He became a licensed bail agent in 2013.

Carlos is a 14 year Detroit Police veteran, where he specialized in gang squad and domestic violence. Also a Youth pastor, Carlos became a licensed bail agent and started working in fugitive recovery in 2010. Carlos is an also an experienced private investigator with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.
